Another day, another win for one of our clients.
Yesterday we helped a great family from Belleville get over a rough patch by arranging a new 1st mortgage (at less than 5% interest) to consolidate 2 mortgages, 1 loan and 8 unpaid collections (yes I said 8). We even managed to negotiate settlements on the collections (saving our clients over $4000 in the process).
