Bubble markets

A spot on analysis. As a military buyer, you don't have the luxury of always selling at the best time for you and your family, so exercising caution when buying in certain markets is always smart. I'm sure most service members know at least one family who lost a ton of money on a property in Cold Lake or some other market that has had a 'bubble' in the past......
