Posted in Once again in January the lower priced homes seem to be moving well, likely as a result of recent interest rate drops. In speaking with many Realtor colleagues in the Trenton area, there seems to be a lack of quality supply in the $175-$225K range. If your are thinking of selling this spring, you may be well served trying to get your property on the market before there is too much competition.
