This little guy had no idea he'd spend his career helping Canadians get the keys to their first home. But here we are.
Homeownership has always meant something to me — the security, the pride, the sense that you've built something that's yours. That feeling hasn't changed since this photo was taken.
What has changed is that I've spent decades learning how to make it happen for people, especially those the banks sometimes overlook. The self-employed. The newly arrived. The ones who've been told no before they even finished asking the question.
