30 year amortizations for first time buyers

Breaking news! As of December 15th, first time buyers are eligible to purchase homes (with as little as 5% down) and take an amortization of 30 years! Depending on how much you are looking to spend on a home, your purchasing power may have just increased by as much as 11%.
