Can I used CCB to help qualify for a mortgage?

Many banks say no, but we have several 'A' lenders that will allow you to use the income towards qualification as long as the children are 12 years of age are younger. If you had one over 12 and one under, we could still use 1/2 of the income to help qualify. In 2019 alone, this was the difference between qualifying and not qualifying for at least 4 of our clients!
