Hastings County offers a home Ownership Down Payment Assistance Program in order to provide low to moderate income earners an opportunity to purchase a home. Assistance is provided on a first come, first served basis.
In order to be eligible for the program, purchaser(s) must currently reside in Hastings County (including Belleville and Quinte West) and be purchasing or building a home in same. Household income must be below $72,800 and the home (which must be used for sole and principal residence) must be valued at $299,196.00 or less.
