Another day, another huge win for our clients!
A few days ago, i was contacted by a real estate agent from the GTA that I had never dealt with. After having a few deals fall apart for her clients, she was quite simply running out of viable options to try and find financing in Northumberland., as they had been turned down by everyone they approached.
In less than 24 hours I managed to find financing with an A lender (they were anticpating a B deal) at rates and terms that were significantly lower than anything they were anticipating.
